Give him a trial, THEN kick him out....

Oops. No trial was given to recently expelled student Dan Freeman-Maloy. Man that guy likes to shoot off his trap and court media attention. He'll have to forgive me for not giving a darn regarding his untimely expulsion. Maybe York made a stupid political and legal move by getting him out, but we should still be glad he's gone.

He doesn't seem to care that he disrupted classes and exams. He doesn't seem to care that he is trumpeting his right to "express himself" by completely railroading everyone else's right to go to class and pursue academics.

And the local media is completely taking him up as a cause. Have they forgotten that one should theoretically be able to study at a university?

I'm still glad he's gone. York should try him, and if he is found guilty, kick him out once and for all.

And that's the truth about York.
